Four Hockey Edmonton Athletes Invited to Team Alberta U16 Summer Camp

Hockey Edmonton is proud to congratulate four local athletes who have been invited to attend the 2026 Team Alberta Male U16 Summer Camp in Red Deer from June 30 to July 4.

• Fletcher MacDonald (CAC U15 AAA)

• Taylor Mowbray (KC U15 AAA)

• Ashton Root (KC U15 AAA)

• Trygve Sutherland (CAC U15 AAA)

The camp will feature 80 of Alberta’s top 2011-born players, including eight goalies, 24 defence, and 48 forwards, all competing for an opportunity to represent Team Alberta at the 2027 Canada Winter Games in Quebec City.

Selections were made through Hockey Alberta’s scouting process throughout the 2025-26 season and the 2026 Alberta Cup.
