The rules contained in “Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised” shall govern all meetings in all cases where they are applicable, however, the Bylaws of the Hockey Edmonton will supersede where applicable.
All meetings of the Membership shall be open to the public, but only Board of Directors and Members in good standing shall be entitled to vote and take part in debates or address the meeting, except as otherwise provided in these Bylaws and Rules.
