Arena Reports — Hockey Edmonton

TIMBITS PROGRAM:

On the reports for the arenas (CVA/B, CDA/B, TMW and TCRC) that utilize the foam pads for Senior Timbits (U7) and board systems for U9 games, the start and end times have been highlighted:

Green highlights indicate when the pads/boards will go on the ice.
Red highlights indicate when the pads/boards are to be removed.
Yellow highlights indicate U9 games following SENIOR Timbits games (i.e. pads will be removed at that time and the U9 board systems will be put on the ice.

NEW THIS YEAR - ALL U7 Timbits Sr games on Sundays will be using the new foam pads being supplied by the City to divide the rink surface instead of the board systems. We are hoping this will make install and removal an easier process for teams and City employees.

U9 PROGRAM:

Times for U9 games vary each weekend so there is no 'common' schedule, allowing flexibility for permit requests. U9 games will require a flood between each game (with the board systems remaining on the ice). Coaches will assist with moving the boards to allow the ice surface to be flooded.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL U9 GAMES FOR THE REST OF FEBRUARY AND MARCH WILL NOW BE FULL ICE GAMES. NO RINK DIVIDERS WILL BE REQUIRED BUT 2 SMALL NETS WILL BE USED FOR EACH GAME
